• Changing yarn colors

• Create a magic circle (or magic ring)

• Crocheting in a round

• Crocheting in front loops and back loops

• Decrease stitches (invisible decreasing is used for this project)

• Embroidering

• Half Double Crochet

• Increase stitches

• Sewing pieces together to form the doll

• Single crochet

Materials Needed for this Project:

• Size G/7 or 4.25mm Crochet Hook

• Size E/5 or 3.50mm Crochet Hook (for white piece on blouse, pigtails, and hair elastics)

• Yarn Needle

• Stitch Marker

• Scissors

• Polyester Fiberfill

• Stuffing Tool

• DK Lightweight yarn in Black (Patons Grace was used)—1 skein—for embroidering

• Red Heart Super Saver Solids yarn—1 skein for each color
o Baby Pink for head and hands
o Gold (or Saffron) for body and arms
o Coffee for body, legs, hair, and pigtails
o White for piece on blouse, arms, and eyes
o Black for feet
o Blue for hair elastics
