This is a crocheted and felted wool lion. He’s sandy brown in color (or a color of your choice) with a mane made of fun fur yarn. I have a cute lion face and a gorgeous lion tail. I’m around 8 inches (20cm) tall when standing and after I’ve been felted.

Materials:

For crocheting:
Patons Classic 100% Wool Yarns (I’ve used natural and brown)
Brown Fun Fur
Size I (5.5mm) crochet hook
Tapestry needle
Scrap black wool yarn
Fiberfill

For felting:
Washing machine
¼ cup liquid soap

For needle-felting:(optional)
