This cute and cuddly little lion is on the prowl for a new friend. He makes a great gift for any little jungle enthusiast.

Pattern is easy to follow and includes pictures to reference at the end of the pattern. Tutorial is included for how to crochet the loop stitch needed for lion’s mane. Difficulty Level: Medium/Intermediate - includes some less common stitches and intricate details.

Skills Required: Basic crochet knowledge, crocheting in rounds, increasing, decreasing, fastening off, stuffing, and joining crochet pieces. Stitches include chain, slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, and single loop stitch.

Size: Finished lion is 7.5 inches tall in sitting with worsted weight 4 yarn. You can make a larger or smaller finished product by using finer or bulkier yarn.
