Amigurumi Lion Boy
This pattern is
available for free.
The idea behind the Lion Boy or boy in lion costume is to show how we can become strong as a lion and use it as a symbol of protection. For some people nature is considered grim and the lion a symbol of its mercilessness. From a social darwinistic view it is used to show how the lion picks out the poor weak antilope and hunts it down. “Nature is like that and thus we should weed out the weak also.” The difference is that for the lion it is a matter of life and death. He must eat and it is not a game. So when someone comes to put you down, just pull your lion hoodie and growl!
Pattern easy to follow, filled with pictures.
