Amigurumi Nativity Scene
For many the Christmas season is the most anticipated and beautiful time in the whole year. And I will risk saying that preparing for Christmas may be as enjoyable as the celebrating itself. Choosing the Christmas tree, buying presents, decorating the house, baking cookies, singing carols… can it get any better? Well, it can – you can squeeze some crochet time in the meantime. And to keep things in the jolly mood, I prepared this nativity scene pattern so that you can get ready for Christmas with a hook in your hand!
The pattern includes The Holy Family (Baby Jesus in a crib, Saint Mary and Saint Joseph), Three Wise Men, angel, two shepherds with a sheep and a donkey. And the shed, of course. The file includes a handy table of contents that will help you move easily from one person to another (you just need to click the right name). I also included a few tutorials and lots of photos (42 pages in total).
The persons are 3” tall each, the shed is 6” high in the highest point if you use the same yarn weight that I did.
At the very end of the file you’ll find a handy printable version of the pattern.
And, of course, you can e-mail me anytime if you had any questions about the pattern (or post in my Ravelry group!)
