The ButterflyLove Amigurumi Neuron pdf knitting pattern gives you clear step by step instructions to make your own adorable scientific plush.

This pattern only involves knitting flat and is suitable for an intermediate knitter. You can also contact me at any point if you need technical advice or have any other queries. If working to the recommended tension, your finished plush will be approximately 9 inches (22.5cm) long, excluding dendrites and the terminal branches of the axon.

What you will need:
2 knitting needles (US2/2.75mm or as per tension advice)
20g grey 4ply yarn (e.g. Bergere de France Caline 24925 ‘Jerry’)
Two black toy safety eyes (6mm)
Oddment of black yarn or embroidery floss
Polyfil toy stuffing
Crochet hook (optional)
1 tapestry needle for finishing

Skills used: Casting on and off, Increasing and Decreasing, Embroidery

Stitches used: Stocking stitch, I-cord, Chain stitches
