These tiny round chickens are not only cute but easy to make. The two chickens shown are the same pattern, just different colors. You can make one or both chickens.

You will need 1 skein each of each yarn color. Additionally you will need the following items:

• tapestry needle
• stuffing
• 4 round black 6mm amigurumi eyes (2 per chicken).

If you cannot find a 3mm crochet hook you can use a US D (3.25mm) hook instead. However, you will take more care to keep the tension tight if using the larger hook. As with most amigurumi, matching the given gauge is not important so long as the resulting fabric is tight.
