This Crochet SNOWMAN AND FRIENDS Pattern is a PDF PATTERN ONLY and NOT the finished item. This is a modified pattern and NOW includes instructions to make three Melting Snowmen, in addition to the Snowman in the pot.

The pattern is written in ENGLISH using AMERICAN terminology. A conversion chart is included at the beginning of the pattern.

Finished Size
The finished height of the Largest Snowman is approximately is 17cm (without Hat).

Skill Level
This pattern can be achieved by an Experienced Beginner, but some skills are needed for creating the Branches. Each process is explained in FULL (with photographs throughout) so it is easily achievable with basic crocheting skills.

Basic Materials Needed
Acrylic Double Knit Yarn:
White Snowman yarn - approx. 27 grams (for Largest Snowman).
Brown Snowman Arms yarn - only small amount needed.
Orange Carrot Nose yarn - only small amount needed.
Choice of colour for Pom Pom Hat and Scarf yarn - approx. 11 grams.
Black Top Hat and Eyebrows yarn - only small amount needed.
Choice of colour Heart yarn - only small amount needed.
Burnt Orange - Approx. 8 grams (and scraps of Brown) - if crocheting the Terracotta Pot.

2 x 15cm long Pipe Cleaners.
Toy Stuffing.
3 x 7cm Diameter Cardboard Circles (Glue these together to create a firm base for the three Melting Snowmen. Cereal Box card is perfect for this).
9mm Safety Eyes.
7cm Terracotta Pot.
Thick Card for Crocheted Terracotta Pot Base.
Card/ Cocktail Sticks for Signs (optional).

Equipment Needed
2.5 mm and 3mm crochet hooks.
Scissors.
Tapestry needle (for sewing together).
Scissors.
Stitch Marker.
