The snake is crocheted in 2 colors.

MATERIALS AND TOOLS.
For the snake are used: 1) Coco Vita Cotton 262 yards (240 meters)/50 grams (1.76 ounces) red and beige colors. Or second design 2) Pelican Vita Cotton 360 yards (329 meters)/50 grams (1.76 ounces) light coral and light orange colors. You can use any another threads, I recommend 100% cotton for the best quality.
Hook 1 mm or 0,9 mm, or 0,75 mm. Choose the hook for yourself. Crocheting should be very, very tight.
Filler holofiber. Steel wire frame 1 mm and medical cotton tape for wrapping the frame.
Flat pliers and cutters for wire and helping with sewing details and eyelids and mouth embroidery. Tweezers and wood sticks for stuffing.
Black DMC floss threads for the mouth.
Soft pastel for body and metallic acrylic, acrylic varnish, black gel pen or any waterproof pen or liner. Brushes for painting different sizes. For the red snake black soft pastel and red bronze are used. For the coral snake grey - soft pastel, silver metallic, grey liner.
White and black polymer clay for making eyes. You can take only white color and tint it or you can take second color suitable color with threads, red on example. Silicone brush pen for sculpting and modeling. Universal invisible glue, recommend Moment Crystal by Henkel. For desired use varnish for the clay. I use UV gel polish and UV lamp.
Or ready eyes 4 mm in diameter.
