Amigurumi Tiny Keepsake Boxes
This pattern is for a tiny wool keepsake box. This pattern would be great for a first time crocheter and takes less than an hour to complete. It’s a good first project for a “new at that felting thing” too. This pattern uses 100% wool yarn and when completed, measures about 7 inches (18cm) in circumference or about 2 inches (5cm) tall and 2 inches (5cm) wide
Instructions are given for not only the crochet pattern, but how to felt your item as well.
Materials needed:
100% wool yarn in a variety of colors (I use Patons Classic 100% Merino Wool yarn. Any scrap wool yarn that you have left over is great for this project.)
Size I (5.5mm) crochet hook
Tapestry needle
dish-washing detergent
kitchen sink
buttons or other decoration
