This pattern will help you to make your very own crocheted tiny ladybug!

Patterns are written with US abbreviations and hook sizes. Stitches used in the pattern include single crochet, single crochet increases, and single crochet decreases. If you want to embroider the dots on the back, you will need to know how to do that; if you would rather use fabric paint or beads for the spots, that sounds lovely too! While this pattern is as complete as I can make it, it is not a tutorial - if you do not know how to crochet, you will not be able to make this pattern!

Materials needed include worsted weight yarn (any color you like, but traditionally red and black), a size G (4 mm) crochet hook, scissors, a darning needle, stuffing, and safety eyes (optional), fabric paint (optional), beads (optional).
