This is realistic crochet Tokay gecko.

Tutorial consists of 56 pages in PDF format 160 pictures and VIDEO lessons for the difficult moments and decoration.

You will get PDF file including:
Crochet lizard pattern.

Realistic eyes, tongue and fingers making. All details are handmade and you can make it!
Painting lesson. Please note that some of details ARE PAINTED.

Finished size the gecko is about 31 cm (12 inches) in length.

Materials and tools.

• For this gecko are used light grey, light blue and light pink colors Pehorka Openwork 306 yards (280 meters), 50 grams (1.76 ounces). You can choose another style of your gecko. Choose very light shades for this gecko. Because painted orange spots will bright only on the light color.
• I recommend to use 100% cotton or 50/50.
• Hook 1 mm or 0,9 mm, choose the hook for yourself. Crocheting should be very, very tight.
• Filler holofiber.
• Flat pliers and cutters for wire and helping with sewing details and eyelids and mouth embroidery.
• Tweezers and wood sticks for stuffing.
• Soft pastel and acrylic paints, metallic acrylic.
• Permanent Markers for desired, colors depend on design of your toy. I use light grey color, brown for paint nostrils and ears, orange for paint spots and the plastic details. All details can be paint by soft pastel.
• Acrylic varnish.
• Brushes for painting different sizes.
• PVA glue.
• Glass hemispheres for the eyes, diameter 12 mm. Or ready glass eyes.
• Polymer clay for making eyelids. And universal invisible glue, that not leave traces. I recommend Moment Crystal by Henkel.
• Steal wire frame 0,95 mm and medical tape in roll on the cotton base.
• Needles for sewing some details.
• Silicone brush pen for sculpting and modeling.
• For desired use varnish for the clay. I use UV gel polish and UV lamp.
