• Create a magic circle (or magic ring)

• Crocheting in a round

• Crocheting in rows

• Crocheting in front loops and back loops

• Decrease stitches (invisible decreasing is used for this project)

• Embroidering

• Half Double crochet

• Increase stitches

• Sewing pieces together to form the doll

Materials Needed for this Project:

• Size G/7 or 4.25mm Crochet Hook

• Size E/5 or 3.50mm Crochet Hook (for legs, feet, eyes, hair, chest piece, and bow tie)

• Yarn Needle

• Stitch Marker

• Scissors

• Polyester Fiberfill

• Stuffing Tool

• Caron Simply Soft Solids yarn—1 skein for each color
o Kelly Green for irises
o Grey Heather for glasses

• Red Heart Super Saver Solids yarn—1 skein for each color
o Aran for head, body, backside/tail, arms, and hair
o Saffron for beak, legs, and feet
o White for eyes and chest piece
o Black for pupils and buttons on chest piece
o Cherry Red for bow tie
