This adorable Yamper makes a great handmade gift for any Pokemon fan! With Christmas coming up, why not make your loved one a unique present that represents their favourite Pokemon?

I would say this is an intermediate level pattern, but I am happy to help if there are any issues, so don’t let that put you off!

With DK acrylic yarn and a 3mm hook, Yamper is roughly 22cm x 10 cm (8” x 3”). Size will vary with different yarn, hook sizes and tensions (I crochet quite tight).

Materials:
 DK yarn (other yarn is also fine, however this will affect the size)
 3mm crochet hook (or size appropriate to yarn used)
 Stuffing (I use polyester filling)
 Tapestry needle
 Felt
 Felting needle (If felting)

Stitches and Abbreviations:
 MR = Magic ring
 Rnd = Round
 Ch = Chain
 Sc = Single crochet
 Dc = Double crochet
 Hdc = Half double crochet
 Tr = treble
 Inc = Increase (2 sc in the next sc)
 Dec = Invisible decrease (pick up next 2 stitches in front loops only, yarn over and pull through all)
 Sl st = Slip stitch
 FO = Finish off
