This cowl is knitted from bottom to top in rounds. The two-color motif is created by changing the color of the yarn every two rounds and using a combination of knit stitches and slipped stitches.
The pattern includes fully written out instructions as well as charted ones.

Merino Extra Fine DROPS (100% wool; 50 g – 115 yds/105 m)
Main Color: red 11 – 2 skeins
Contrasting Color: black 02 – 2 skeins

• 15.75-23.5”/40-60 cm circular needles US 4/3.5 mm or size needed for gauge,
• 1 stitch marker,
• tapestry needle for weaving,
• 3.5 mm crochet hook for Crochet Cast On.
