Warm and joyful, the Among the Wildflowers came about in an explosion of joy and love for knitting colorwork. The motif is whimsical and brings to mind frolicking through a meadow of wildflowers. The yardage needed gives you enough yarn for two pairs of socks with 100 g skeins. Simply swap C1 and C2 for the second pair. Among the Wildflowers is knit from the cuff down in the round with a heel flap and gusset construction.

NEEDLES
One 32-inch (80 cm) US size 1 (2.25 mm) (or size needed to obtain gauge) circular knitting needle.

Note: This pattern assumes the Magic Loop method is used. Feel free to use DPNs instead if you prefer.

NOTIONS
Three stitch markers, and a tapestry needle.

GAUGE
34 stitches and 52 RNDs = 4 inches / 10 cm in stockinette on US size 1 (2.25 mm) needles.
