Amor Propio, meaning self-love in Spanish, is my first knitwear design. It is a fun and cozy colorwork cowl knitted in the round. Knitting has helped me along my journey to loving myself. It has taught me how to meditate, heal, and to be kind to myself. Loving each other, ourselves and taking care of our mental health matters especially during times like these. Through this design, I hope to spread a message of self-love to others. We have to have hope and be there for each other. I hope you enjoy knitting and practicing self-love!

Amor Propio, es el primer patrón que diseño. Un divertido y acogedor cuello tejido en círculo con trabajo de color. Tejer me ha ayudado en mi camino a amarme a mí misma. Me ha enseñado como meditar, sanar y ser amable conmigo misma. Amarnos, cuidarnos y cuidar de nuestra salud mental importa especialmente en tiempos como estos. A través de este diseño, espero difundir este mensaje de amor propio a los demás. Tenemos que mantener la esperanza y estar ahí el uno para el otro. ¡Espero que disfruten tejer este patrón y practicar amor propio!
