❀ Some time ago I knitted any baby booties for my new baby collection. I designed a single pattern for knitters, who don´t have so much experience with socks and who will learn cable knitting in the round. I had some single merino skeins in beautiful colors and I knitted one pair in yellow and one in sky blue. I didn’t know, who will wear the booties, in my family we didn’t have babies and my friends didn’t wait for a baby, nobody waited for a baby… I thought, they can be a sweety baby shower gift or so. I named them Amori, that means “loved”. And exactly 12 months later my neighbors got a baby! A great surprise!
