This is the re-named “For the Love of Amy”. Facebook decided that my original pattern was spam - at least the link was! So in order to be able to put the link on Facebook I have renamed it. Fingers crossed this works.

This beautiful shawl can be worked with any yarn but looks particularly effective in a slow colour changing yarn. The beading around the bottom is optional but I think it “makes” the shawl.

The pattern is a fairly straightforward repeat and looks very different in the different versions my testers made.

I used 1 cake of Whirl and approx 200m of Whirlette for the blue/purple sample shown, together with 1 pack (approx 500) size 8 Debbie Abraham beads and 60 - 70 larger beads.
