An Hour and a Glass
An openwork dishcloth, knitted flat, from the bottom up.
Put two of my dishcloth patterns into your cart and pay for only one! No code needed.
The pattern comes with charts as well as row by row written instructions, and directions on how to resize it into a larger item, e.g. baby blanket. An online version of the chart and its row by row instructions, with a progress tracker by Stitch Fiddle, is also included.
A simple dishcloth with a decorative stitch pattern. Perfect for one’s own kitchen to pretty up the place, or with its softness it can also be a nice addition to the bathroom as a facecloth.
It knits up fast so it is a great choice as a gift item as well, especially since it can be easily resized, turning it into a baby blanket, placemat, scarf etc.

“- Very easy to follow with comprehensive instructions for all levels of knitter.”
“- I love the pattern! I really like the fact that it is easy to scale to any size. When I make another one, I might add a border with scrubby yarn for texture difference and ease of scrubbing.”
“- Excellent pattern. Fun addictive knit.”
“- I really liked it. Mentally, it was challenging enough that i had to use markers (good idea) for the repeats, but I could still watch the ice skating during the Olympics.”
