Ana poncho is a great little capelet/poncho worked seamlessly from the top down, with a loose turtle neck. German short rows are worked to shape the neckline. Of course, short rows are totally optional! Working the pattern without short rows is simpler to knit, and it makes the back and front the same. After this, increases are worked evenly distributed down the circular yoke.
