This is a comfortable sock, with a cable and lace motif down each of the leg. It has a ribbed heel that snugs up nicely around the ankle. Instructions are both written and charted, and are easily memorized, making this a good travelling project. There are three sizes, which will easily accomodate almost any size. It is very straight forward and lots of fun, suitable for both for the beginning sock knitter and the more experienced.

Anacapa Street runs through town, from the Mission, past the Court House, and down to the Beach. It takes the name from Anacapa Island, just across the channel from Santa Barbara . The Island’s name comes from its Chumash Native American Indian name Anypakh. Over the centuries, waves have eroded the volcanic island, creating massive sea cliffs, sea caves, and natural bridges, such as forty-foot-tall Arch Rock-- the symbol of Anacapa and Channel Islands National Park.
