Needles Size 4 (3.5 mm): 24” circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

NOTES

• This triangular shawl is worked back and forth from the narrow end to the wide end. One stitch is increased at the beginning of every right-side row.

• Color changes are made at the beginning of wrong-side rows.

• Yarns may be carried along the left edge of the shawl and cut only at the end of a section if they will not be used in the next section. When changing color, pick up new color in front of old color.

• At the beginning of Rows 1 and 7 of the Slipped Stitch chart, secure the unused yarn along the side by twisting it once around the working yarn.

• A circular needle is used to accommodate the large number of stitches.
