This richly cabled hat features a ribbed, folded brim and a jaunty pompom. It is worked from the bottom up on double pointed-needles. If preferred, the body of this hat may be worked on a 16” circular before switching to double-pointed needles for the crown decreases.

Although this pattern is written for one size, it will fit most adults due to the nature of the ribbing. To customize the depth of the hat, adjust the amount of ribbing before beginning the cable portion of the hat.

Finished Measurements: 14” at brim, relaxed will stretch to fit up to a 23” head.
