Andiron Cowl is a playful take on your favorite winter neckwarmer. The knitting starts with an elegant cable panel, and stitches are picked up along one edge to knit the handsomely textured body in the round. The open panel ends create a beautiful notched front, allowing the cowl to lay flat against the body. You’ll need just one skein of worsted weight yarn and a few evenings to whip up this winter topper, making it a favorite for gifting (or keeping)!

This pattern assumes knowledge of basic cables, picking up stitches, and working in the round. Both charts and written instructions are provided for all stitch patterns.
