The scarfowl uses Upwards Slipped Cable and Horn Cable designs and is perfectly suitable for both men and women.
The open ended (buttoned) Scarfowl gives plenty of wearing options, without adding bulk under your coat, while the more traditional Loop or Long scarf are a great accessory.

The Scarfowl and Loop can be knitted with just one 100g skein of some luxury DK yarn (the sample used 50%/50% silk merino blend).

Final dimensions: 33inch x 10inch for the cowls. Double and more in length for the scarf.

I recommend using solid or semi-solid yarn to better show the cables (tonal variegated might work as well), but any color of your choice will work.
