A fun little cardigan perfect for layering during cool spring days and for air-conditioned work spaces in summer, featuring capped raglan lace sleeves. The fronts are simple stockinette to keep the cardi appropriate for work, but the top part of the back is worked in the same lace pattern as the sleeves (CHART ONLY).

The cardigan is worked from the top down in one piece with minimal finishing. The yoke is worked to the armholes, with raglan shaping. The sleeves are then placed on hold while the body is worked to the lower edge. Then the sleeves are worked to the cuff. The bottom and the sleeve hems are worked in 1x1 rib, and the front edge is finished with 2-stitch I-cord bind off.

The garment is designed to be worn close fitting; however, the fit can be customized by knitting a larger size.
