This is a pattern for both a hat and a pair of mitts. The hat is available in 2 sizes, circumference 44.5 (53.5) cm.

Gauge Hat: 23 sts x 43 rnds = 10 x 10 cm
Gauge Mitts: 30 sts x 36 rnds = 10 x 10 cm

If you are only knitting the hat, one skein is enough in colour A but if you are knitting both hat and mitts, you will need 2 skeins.
