This special Angel Christmas Ornament or guardian angel decoration doesn’t have to go away when the Christmas decorations do.

This ornament can go on your wall to remind loved ones of the guardian angel who watches over them.

The crochet stitches include, sc, hdc, dc, tr and sl st. The pattern includes description of abbreviations and complete instructions.

It uses small amounts of crochet thread and any colors can be used so it is a great project to use up small amounts of crochet thread (25 yards being the most that is needed). It also uses about 32 yards of Knit Cro Sheen gold metallic thread for the shimmery effect.

Other materials Needed:Small amount red (or choice of mouth color) could also use embroidery floss
1 skeins gold(or choice of hair color) embroidery floss
small amount of thread or floss for eye color
Small amount of polyester fiberfill
Tapestry needle

Boye Steel Crochet hook size 1 (2.25mm). This is a larger size hook than usually used with thread crochet and makes working with thread crochet easier for those who are not comfortable with thread.

Washable fabric glue
Liquid startch
