’Angel of Thanksgiving’ is the twelfth of my Lovely Ladies Doilies series, and one that has taken me over a year to complete. I wanted to capture the feeling of an old-fashioned Thanksgiving by incorporating traditional symbols, such as a cornucopia, a turkey, and fruits and vegetables of the harvest. But I also tried to express my thankfulness for my many blessings, in the form of a beautiful angel. I was pleased with my finished design, and I hope you will be, too!
