This cowl was designed in honour of a family member living in Norway.

The Anita cowl is a free pattern for the Seawall Fibres Year Long Sock Yarn KAL. It was designed to serve as more than a neck warmer! I wanted it to fill in the open “v” at the neckline of most winter coats, yet be suitable to pull up onto the head as needed withoutexposing the back of the neck, all without being super bulky and cumbersome. I’m thinking of calling it a “snowl” - a cross between a snood and a cowl.
