For the love of Africa and the Ankh, I created this enmeshed graph with both.
Included are the written pattern, a Row-by-row tracker, standard grid-style graph, and progress images. The pattern is written for SC and HDC.

The pattern is written in standard US terms and includes a left-handed version.
