Anna Mae Shawl
‘Anna Mae’ is worked sideways using increases and decreases to create a gentle curved shape. The shawl is worked in garter stitch with a wide lace border enhanced by large miracle beads for a touch of glamour.
Anna Mae is exclusive to the Lace Lovers Club until January 2014.
The yellow sample is shown in Araucania Botany Lace and the blue sample is Schoppel Admiral Cat Print but any sock yarn with 400m/440yds per 100gr skein is suitable.

400m/440yds per 100g
4mm (UK 8/US 6) knitting needles
Stitch marker
35 x size 4mm (6/0) miracle beads (white)
0.75mm (US 13) crochet hook for beading

Tension:
15 sts and 24 rows over 10cm/4in in Lace Pattern after blocking.
Exact tension is not essential but a difference in tension may affect the amount of yarn used.
