Our ANNETTE SHAWL is using the form of our Bauhaus Shawl which has become very popular very quickly.

The basic yarn is a multi-strand festive glitter yarn containing brushed Baby Alpaca and a fancy Nylon Lurex yarn. In order to enhance the structure even more, the Merino yarn joins the base yarn in a repeat of alternating 3 and 5 rows of both yarns.

The two yarns are blending well together and follow the zigzag ups and downs of the Garter Stich ridges. Three different colored smaller skeins are assigned to create an attractive design in the front. They create rows of bubbles at the end of one of the front squares.

If you do not like the asymmetry you can work the same design on both ends of the front squares. There is enough yarn to do so. You also could start the back square with this design. It is up to you to create your very own piece. We love to encourage you to do so and to be creative with your very own shawl.

Most color combinations are one of a kind. Do not miss out. Put your favorite colorway into your shopping cart!
