CONSTRUCTION
The vest is worked from the bottom up with mélange rib edges worked in 2 contrasting colors, which are then divided to work two-colored double knitting on the pattern section of the vest, through still working selvedge stitches and rib edges in color A and color B held together.
The vest is worked in one piece to the armholes, where the work is divided, and each front and the back are finished separately. Short rows are worked across the shoulder stitches, and the shoulders are knitted together at the end.
Stitches are picked up and knitted for mélange rib edges along the armhole and neck edge.
