Annie Hall Hand Bag
The Annie Hall hand bag is knitted seamless, down to top and in the round. You can use magic loop or DPN. The pattern includes instructions to make two sizes (S and L) and variations to make the bag narrow or wider according to your taste.
SUPPLIES
1 skein of Mungo yarn (or any worsted weigh yarn) 50% recycled wool and 50% recycled cotton. 100 g/ 220 m (240 yd) per skein.
Recommended Needles: A pair of 4 mm (US 6)/ 40 cm (16’’) or 60cm (24’’) circular needles. If you prefer knitting with DPN you will need a pair of 4mm.
Tapestry needle
4 stitch markers (of different colors will help, at least the one that represents the beginning of the round)
1 progress keeper to differentiate RS from WS.
GAUGE
17 st= 10cm/4’’ in pattern with 4 mm needles.

Narrow Option
S- 23cm (9’’) width x 21 cm (8.30’’) height x 4cm (1,5’’) wide
L- 28cm (11’’) x 23cm (9’’) x 4cm (1,5’’) wide
Wide Option
S- 23cm (9’’) width x 21 cm (8.30’’) height x 8cm (3’’) wide
L- 28cm (11’’) x 23cm (9’’) x 8cm (3’) wide
TECHNIQUES TO INDULGE IN
Knitting in the round (magic loop or with DPN). Cast on, cast off. Knit, purl. Pick up stitches, and cast on knit wise and purl wise (video tutorial included in the instructions)
