ATTENTION FOR ALL PARTS 7. Jan. 17th, 2022: The total of the (sc, ch3, sc) in round 64 has to be 38 instead of 39.

ATTENTION FOR ALL PARTS 8, Dec. 4th, 2021: An error has been spotted by Tania Leis (thank you, dear). Round 71, on the short side, in the US English part this is on page 48. The first repeat of a group of stitches should be (ch1, dc in the next ch1-sp)4x, not 5x!

ATTENTION FOR PART 10, just in the English UK version. Due to an error on round 81, page 40, , I have deleted the old Anno Part 10. In one line fptr was written instead of fpdtr.*

In part 12, round 88, the total of the ch2-sp on the short side has to be 42, not 43.

ATTENTION. Just Part 14 Dutch. Due to an error in part 14 (most hstAL has to be hst), I have uploaded the whole part 14 Dutch anew on 7th March 2022.

12 March 2022. ONLY PART 9, FRENCH TRANSLATION. Due to an error in Round 72, page 9, just before - coquille 7-, I downloaded a new part 9 French. I have thrown away the old part 9 French.

The CAL for Anno 1926 will start on September 2nd, 2021, in my Facebook group Haaksteek https://www.facebook.com/groups/383731435363230.
It is divided into 17 parts. From the 2nd part on, every next part will be released bi-weekly.
The pattern will be available in 14 languages: Afrikaans, Danish, Dutch, English UK terms, English US terms, Finnish, French, German, Hebrew, Indonesian, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Urdu.

It is a challenging pattern, with lots of special figures and stitches. It requires concentration and accurate reading of the descriptions. However, the descriptions are very detailed, with lots of pictures.
And wonderful Tania Leis makes a video for every part as support.

My childhood memories are the template for this huge blanket.
With DK yarn and hook size 4.5, my blanket is 240 x 180 cm.
Heidrun Liegmann made her wonderful Anno in fingering yarn and hook size 3.5 mm. Her blanket is 140 x 100 cm.

My Haaksteek team and I have worked on this blanket for many, many months. I would be nothing without the help of these wonderful people, who worked so hard and put a lot of time, energy and love into this project to make it to its best for all of you.

I dedicate this CAL to her by naming the blanket after the year of her birth: Anno 1926.
