Anona Hat KAL

With a name meaning “of the harvest,” this hat was inspired by my absolute favorite family outing—our annual trip to the pumpkin patch. Whether you’re wandering the corn maze or enjoying a leisurely wagon ride, this worsted weight hat is designed to keep the whole family cozy and warm. And the simple cable pattern reminds me of the main event—pumpkins! This project is designed to be a quick, easy knit with only every fourth round requiring a bit of your attention for the cables.

HAT DETAILS & CONSTRUCTION:

This hat is knit from brim to crown, beginning with 2x2 ribbing. The body and crown feature a fun 3-stitch cable that is easy to knit with or without a cable needle. The cable pattern continues through the crown decreasing for a smooth, beautiful finish.

SIZES:

This pattern includes 6 sizes and is designed to fit with 1-2” (2-5 cm) of negative ease.
