A simple flower with fabric leaves, I have used either Aran weight or 1 strand DK with 1 strand Mohair held together on 4mm needles, but you could use any combination of yarn and needles to get different sized results. This is a great stashbuster project and a great last-minute gift! Takes less than an hour to make one. Leaves can be made from felt or fabric scraps or recycle an old garment. I used a green wool tweed layered with green and gold organza for a 3D effect. Add a brooch-back or a hairclip.
