Anouk
This is a fabulous way to use flecked DK yarn such as Rowan’s Felted Tweed - it is a simple design - seamless and top down. Anouk has been recently updated and now includes instructions to add short rows to raise the back and trim detail (including slip stitch crochet). The buttonbands are knitted at the same time to keep the design seamless.
Skill level is intermediate but if you can knit, purl and make a simple cable over 2 sts, you can make this. Should you encounter any difficulties, support is available directly from me via email.
You will need 2 - 4 balls of DK yarn dependent on size, 4mm circular knitting needles, 4 stitch markers and 3 buttons 1.5 cm in diametre.
The inspiration for the name came from one of my favourite books - Chocolat by Joanna Harris.
