Ansel was designed with versatility in mind. There are four main ways that she can be worn, over shoulders as well as like a cowl, single or doubled. I think this pattern knits up best in a single-ply to be lighter and airier perfect for any time of year. The size is adjustable, to make it larger simply work more repeats before decreasing. This is a very easy going knit, perfect for mindless knitting times.
