Anteater
Finished anteater is 23 cm (9 inches) long.
His long tongue can be outside - ready to eat, or hidden. You need to check when your toy will be ready, but my anteater’s tongue unrolls automatically when there are ants nearby :) Ok, maybe not really, but I said so to my son. Now he is checking every morning if the ants are near or not :)
You should know basic crochet stitches including chain, slip stitch, single crochet, decrease, increase and how to start with magic ring. Even if you are a beginning crocheter I am sure you will menage to finish the pattern, also if you are ready to try I am always ready to help!
