View A is a drop-shoulder sweater with crew neckline. It fastens with buttons and buttonholes. If desired, the buttonholes could be omitted and snaps used instead. It can be worn as a sweater fastened down the back, or as a cardigan fastened in front.

View B is the same drop-shoulder sweater with a v-neck. This version can only be worn fastened in the back.

The sweater is knit without having to sew any seams and uses four needles for knit-in sleeves. Also included is an option to knit the sleeves flat on two needles and then sew them in.

Row by row instructions are included for both views. The designs are versatile and lend themselves to stripes, colourwork, or specialty stitches. Use your favorite fairisle pattern, add a design in duplicate stitch or how about some cables?
