Aodhan baby/toddler aran jacket
This little coat jacket is long-line to keep tiny people cozy and warm. If you prefer a short version, then simply make the hem-to-underarm measurement suit your requirements. You can also make the collar longer, simply keep knitting until it reaches the required length. Make it in a neutral colour with wooden or leather buttons for little lads, and for little lasses make it in a brighter colour with fancier buttons. Aodhan (pronounced Aid-an) is an Irish name, meaning “born of fire.”
