Ap the Monkey - Cotton

After all my Chistmas and New Years Eve designs, I wanted to make something different. I’ve wanted to make a cuddly animal with these long arms and feet for a long time. When I received the question to make a soft monkey with long arms and legs I didn’t hesitate and said ‘of course!’.
So nice for babies and toddlers. Because of the long arms and legs they can grasp it easily and take it with them anywhere. It’s also a nice softy for older children. Mine love it! ;)
As not everybody likes crocheting with fluffy yarns, I have made 2 versions of this pattern. This one is for cotton yarns.

Materials

• Durable Coral (100g), Curry (2211)
• Durable Coral (50g), Linen (2212)
• a small amount of brown yarn for the mouth, nose and eye brows
• Safety-eyes gold, 10 mm
• crochet hook 2.5 and 3.0
• soft stuffing (fiberfill)
• scissors
• embroidery needle for sewing

Measurements:
Sitting 17 cm, standing 30 cm
