This cardigan is a symphony for lightness. Using a single stranded silk-mohair blend yarn gives the garment a luxurious feeling. The cardigan is worked top-down, so you can adjust the length easily.

Cardigan is intended to be worn with small amount (1-2”/2.5-5 cm) of positive ease. Finished garment measurements: Bust circumference: 32(36, 40, 44, 48, 52, 56)”/80(90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140) cm.
If you want a more fitted version, choose one size smaller than your regular size! There is some positive ease on the sleeves too!
The sample modeled is in size S, worn on 34” bust, with approx 1”/2.5 cm positive ease on the sleeves, 2”/5 cm positive ease on the bust.

GAUGE:
24 sts and 32 rows = 4” 10 cm in Stockinette stitch with larger (US 4/3,5 mm) needles.

Yarn:
Rowan Kidsilk Haze (70 % Goat Mohair, 30% Silk 25g/229yds/209m). You need approx.: 6(6.5, 7.5, 8.5, 9.5, 10, 11) skeins = 1380(1495, 1725, 1955, 2185, 2300, 2530) yds/1260(1365, 1575, 1785, 1995, 2100, 2310) m. The sample was worked in colorway 00651.
Needles:
US 4 (3,5 mm) 32”/ 80-120 cm circular needle.
(US 4 (3,5 mm) dpn:s for knitting sleeves in the round. You can also knit the sleeves in the round with magic loop method using one long circular needle. Choose the method you prefer.)
US 5 (3 mm) 32”/80 cm for hem and cuff ribbing.
Adjust the needle size to get the correct gauge.
