You’ll need 2 skeins of 100g Aran fluffy yarn with contrasting colors (166m of color1 + 166m of color 2)

The idea is to knit a long tube made with a 1/1 ribbing, then a stranded pattern, then with a 1/1 ribbing again, then a purl row to create the fold, then continue to knit the inside of the collar in alternating stripes. Loosely bind off the stitches, then fold the inside of the collar back into the tube and sew the stitches of the first and last row together to obtain a reversible collar.
