Aphrilis
Aphrilis Shawl is inspired by the awakening of the nature after a long, grey season. It is also a statement of awakening of hope and joy, and new beginnings after darker times. It is a praise of spring, which happens to be the best season. It is not too hot, and it is not too cold. You can get a little bit of rain and a bit of sun on the same day and be able to appreciate the rainbows.
Aphrilis Shawl is a top-down triangle shaped shawl. It features stockinette stitch with happy stripes, lateral braids and spring flowers in a row, ending in a frilly rib border.
The pattern is written in both US and metric terminology. There are links attached to the technique tutorials of lateral braids and flowers in a row.
