ABOUT PATTERN
The Apollo bag is worked bottom up on circular needes. It’s
knitted in garter stitch and in stockinette stitch with scrap
yarns. Work the gusset back and forth, the body in the round,
and the flap back and forth.
Then you will have to make the macrame handle before
attaching it to the body of the bag with knots.

MEASUREMENTS
Total height (with handle): 53 cm
Height (without handle): 12 cm
Width: 15 cm
Depth: 4 cm

YARN AND MATERIALS
Approx. 65 g of scrap yarns
For the Apollo Bag on photos, different quality of yarns were
used (cotton, mohair, alpaca, wool)
You will have to knit with 1 or more strands to reach the
gauge. The needles used are deliberately thin compared to the
thickness of yarns so that the bag is rigid.

Tapestry needle

GAUGE
Average gauge: 17 stitches x 21 rows = 10 x 10 cm in Stockinette

Needle size is only a guide. If you get too many stitches on
