This is a pattern for Appa from Avatar: The Last Airbender! There are lots of parts, but don’t worry, I’ll walk you through the steps for assembly with pictures and description.

My Appa turned out to be about 24” long.

Supplies:
4.5mm hook
A smaller hook for adding fur (I used 4mm, but 3.5 works)
Yarn Needle for sewing in ends
Scissors
Poly Fil
Eyes – I use 15mm safety eyes

Fable Fur by Knit Picks:
Falke (less than 1 skein – 71 yards/skein)
Eisbar (about 1.5 skeins – 71 yards/skein)
